Our Rental Packages
For Banquet Usage or Event requiring tables & chairs set-up:
- Rental Package includes (4) hours
- Table & Chair set-up
- Kitchen usage
- Piano
- Lectern with (1) Microphone and portable Roland floor amp.
- VCC staff member
$250 Refundable Deposit required @ reservation / $1000. Due (2) wks prior to event. If event is cancelled less than 30 days from date booked, ( deposit will not be refunded!) If any damage is found done by you or guest, ( deposit will not be refunded!)
For Worship / Concert Usage or Event requiring only chairs: $250 Refundable Deposit required @ reservation / $600. Due (2) wks prior to event. (Same cancellation & damage rules apply as stated above!)

- $100 Kitchen Usage
- $200 House Sound System
- $30 Per Hour Meeting classrooms
- $50 Per Hour Large game-room / hospitality-room
** NOTE: Deposit will be retained if event goes over allotted hrs. in package. Deposit will be retained if event is cancelled 30 or less days before event. Deposit will be retained if property is damaged in any way, i.e. walls, chairs, floor, furnishings, equipment etc.
NOTE : NO Alcohol and Smoking is permitted in the facility or on the grounds of the center. The Victory Community Center will not rent to functions that require smoking & alcohol as part of their engagement.
